Accompany your feelings of “KAWAII” with a letter written on “kaishi” paper. Kawaii Company has taken this specialized “Iyo* Japanese paper” and made them into mini letter sets.
“Kaishi” paper is a type of paper that has been used regularly since the Heian era. This mini letter set was created in collaboration with 金柳製紙株式会社, a manufacturer of machine-made washi founded in 1938. The paper is made from natural fibers. Of course, this paper can be written on, but can be used as a tissue or handkerchief as well. This multi-use paper is sturdy and excellent at water and oil absorption, so it’s hard to tear even if it gets wet. You can even place or wrap food in it! If you keep this letter set in your bag, you will always be sneaking a glance with some cute monsters. This letter set also comes with mini envelopes and stickers.
